Story
Built for Relationships, Not Volume.
In 1996, Peter and Arthur established Langwell Harper to offer something they believed Melbourne property owners were missing: experienced, personal advice without the rigid systems of a franchise, and operating across all functions of the property experience.
Their goal was never to become the biggest. It was to remain close to every client, stay involved in every important decision and build relationships that continued long after the transaction.
Thirty years later, many clients still return for advice on selling, buying, leasing, managing and developing property, often introducing the next generation of their families along the way. That long-term trust remains the foundation of the business.
A Business That Grew With Its Clients.
Langwell Harper began as Rothmans Property Group before expanding into specialist services across property management, advocacy and development consultancy.
That evolution has always been driven by the changing needs of our clients. As their portfolios grew and their property decisions became more complex, so did the advice and expertise we offered.
Today, Langwell Harper brings those services together under one independent team, giving clients access to broader property expertise without being passed between disconnected businesses.
Traditional Service. Modern Thinking.
Every property benefits from team research, discussion and specialist input before we recommend a strategy.
That collaborative approach brings more experience to pricing, presentation, marketing and negotiation, while still giving you one clear and consistent point of contact.
You get the combined judgement of the entire team, delivered with the personal service and accessibility of an independent agency.
